For Family Members

This portal provides a comprehensive view of the Apiary family's financial position, assets, and planning documents. Use the sidebar navigation to explore different sections.

User Roles

• Admin (Mike, Becky, Bill, Maria): Can view everything and edit data on asset pages
• Family (Rachel, Zach, Reese): Can view everything but cannot edit

Editing Data (Admins Only)

1. Go to Inputs and Updates and click on an asset category
2. Or navigate directly to any asset page (Accounts, Debt, Real Estate, etc.)
3. Click "Edit Mode" in the top header to enable editing
4. Editable fields turn yellow with gold borders
5. Make your changes and click "Save Changes"

Note: Summary pages (Home, Net Worth, Key Measures) display calculated totals and cannot be edited directly.

Data Backup

Use "Export All Data" to download a JSON backup file. This can be imported later using "Import Data" to restore your information if you change browsers or computers.
