Estate Structure Summary

The Collins family estate plan utilizes two primary trust structures: the 2010 Innovation Trust and the 2019 Chesterfield Trust. Each trust has GST Exempt and GST Taxable sub-trusts.

Real estate is held through various LLCs (ZRR, ZRR-Alpha, ZRR-Charlie, ZRR-Delta) owned by the trusts. Art and collectibles are held through Grove Street and Honeycomb entities. Investment accounts are distributed across JP Morgan, Schwab, and other custodians.

Concord Trust/IQ EQ serves as the corporate trustee for administrative purposes.
